No pitch. Real answers. That's the whole approach.

Most people don’t know what a first meeting with a financial advisor even looks like. With Chad, you find out fast: it’s a conversation, then a plan you can actually see.

When you meet with me for the first time, it is really me asking a lot of questions, learning about your goals, your worries, and what matters to you. From there, we do something most advisors do not: we build your plan together, live, in that same meeting. Here is how it breaks down.

Our Process Explained

Step 1
First Conversation

No pitch, no paperwork. We talk through your goals, your worries, and what retirement actually looks like for you. At the end, we both decide if it makes sense to keep going.

Step 2
Live Planning

This is where Chad works differently than most advisors. Bring your account statements, tax returns, and Social Security estimates, and we build your plan together, live, using interactive planning tools right in the meeting. You are not waiting on a follow-up call for a plan you have not seen yet.

Step 3
Clarity & Decision

We walk through your options in plain English: what we would recommend, what it costs to work together, and why. You are free to move forward, think it over, or get a second opinion.

Step 4
Ongoing Partnership

Once you are a client, we stay close. Regular reviews, tax season check-ins, and a standing commitment to respond within 24 hours if you have a question. Retirement planning is not a one-time conversation.

Most people leave the first meeting with more clarity than they walked in with.
